That is not a self-helping book. Sorry to disapoint those who are fans of the style.
It is in fact a very intriguing and insightful book about success stories (for sure!), but also the “hidden” factors that we not always pay attention: the convergence of factors, the cultural factors and also the individual efforts.
The Audibook version is fantastic. Malcom Gladwell reads his own text.

De fato este é um livro intrigante e penetrante sobre histórias de sucesso (claro!) mas também sobre os fatores “ocultos” aos quais nem sempre nos atentamos: convergencia de fatores e oportunidades, legado cultural e também os esforços e características pessoais.
A Versão em audiolivro (em inglês) é fantástica. O autor Malcom Gladwell narra seu próprio texto.
Dois outros livros do mesmo autor são Blink e The Tipping Point.
