The PMI website released the PMBOK 4th Edition Brazilian Portuguese version. The access is restricted to PMI members. Additionally there are available the translated versions as below. Each version has a different stave of translation :

- (Simplified) Chinese Translation Note: currently available: Glossary, Appendix A and chapters 1-12
- French Translation Note: currently available: Glossary, Appendix A and chapters 1-12
- German Translation Note: currently available: Glossary, Appendix A and chapters 1-3
- Italian Translation Note: currently available: Glossary, Appendix A and chapters 1-3
- Japanese Translation

To have access to the PMBOK 4th Edition you have to be a PMI Member. Go to http://www.pmi.org/GetInvolved/Pages/Members/The-Benefits-and-Types-of-Membership.aspx and sign up ! If you are serious about Project Management that is a more then worthy investment in your career.
Do not accept any illegal copy of PMBOK. As good professionals we are committed to respect copyrights.
